We advise you to cancel the reservation as soon as you have reasons for that.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
If canceled 14 days before check-in, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled 6 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

In case of cancellation, if you have paid the entire reservation or part of it online, this amount will be refunded to you after deducting the cancellation fees (with the exception of non-cancellable and non-refundable offers).
 
Booking fees - If your booking includes booking fees please note that these fees will not be refunded.

No payment will be made prior to your arrival date.
The bank card number is mandatory, but it will not be charged.

Your bank card details will be encrypted with a 128-bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol.
Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates must be paid directly at the hotel.

The rates shown include VAT at the legal rate.
The city tax and government or local taxes may be charged on arrival at the hotel.

Your room or apartment will be available at the reception from the time indicated below.
On the day of your departure, you will have to leave your room / apartment before the time indicated below. If you do not respect these hours, you may be charged an extra night.

Departure time limit: until 12:00 (reception opens at 08:30)

Arrivals / departures outside reception opening hours must request access codes in advance - please use the “Comments & Additional information” field to indicate the estimated time of arrival.
