c. All indoor common areas shall undergo regular air recycling procedures;
d. Daily monitoring of the process of water disinfection from our pool and jacuzzi;
e. Reinforcement of good hygiene practices especially in areas where food is prepared and handled;
f. Special procedures for washing and changing of bed sheets, linens, covers, and all other related textiles;
g. Special cleaning procedures for all bedrooms and bathrooms;
h. A special isolated and dedicated area within the Hotel will be made available in case of mandatory confinement of Guest(s) suspected of (or at risk of) being infected;
i. A set of operational rules that will be enacted in case point "h" is required to be enacted, bearing in mind the comfort of our Guests.
We encourage our Guests and Staff to follow essential best practices for infection prevention , namely:
Regular circulation of air within indoor areas;
Regular disinfecting of hands (we shall make available hand disinfectant dispensers all over the common areas of the property);
Good practices and etiquette for breathing and talking;
Available information within every bedroom on how to follow basic and essential infection control and prevention measures.
Essential individual protection equipment such as sanitary masks and gloves are available for all Guests and Staff.
All of our policies and procedures are elaborated in accordance to the directives shared by the Portuguese Regional Directorate of Health.

Reservations made for stays starting from June 1st, 2020: We allow for the modification of the date of arrival until December 2021 without the need of having to pay for any penalty (any applicable room rate differentials must be paid for by the Guest(s))
