Quinta da Saraiva offers an authentic Madeiran lodging experience together with all the comforts of modern hospitality.
Guests can enjoy a 5000 square meter agricultural property, where banana and vineyards dominate the landscape. In the area surrounding our main building, guests can admire our gardens full of typical, regional flowers, as well as a jacuzzi next to our solarium.

Within Quinta da Saraiva, we plant and harvest bananas, grapes, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, soursop, figs, squash, and many more fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
The Quinta da Saraiva is situated in a privileged region of one of Portugal’s islands, Madeira! In the old charming fishing village Câmara de Lobos, 5 km from Funchal.
Madeira International Airport – Cristiano Ronaldo is only 19 km from our quinta.

Program: PRODERAM 2020 – Rural Development Program of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (FEADER) Main Objective: To strengthen the attractiveness and operational capacity of the rural tourism unit.
Description/Activities: Investment in the requalification and modernization of the Quinta Saraiva rural tourism unit, including improving accommodation conditions, enhancing rural heritage, and improving the quality of service provided to guests.
Results Achieved: Creation of 2 permanent jobs, increased installed capacity in rural tourism, and enhanced tourist appeal of the parish of Câmara de Lobos.
